Ned, the battle of Blackwater, Red Wedding... Personally, I think it would be better to leave those parts for the last chapters. It was an OK chapter, nothing special. I think the reason why the Red Witch (I'm bad with names) was startled by what she saw in Arya's eyes is that she witnessed her own death. I think the meaning behind the statement that she sees blue eyes, green eyes, brown eyes, or something to that effect, was that in time, Arya becomes the faceless killer (the one who handed her the coin), and becomes as assassin and murders the witch.
