Possible to buy GA tickets during regular sale (not presale)?

Are there ever GA tickets available after the presale period is over? I used my code to buy CTM tickets, which i didn't even need to do because apparently you don't need a resale code for packages, and then my code didn't work when i tried to buy tickets for DC this morning. 

Do resellers sell GA tickets?

omg i checked reseller sites and I can buy a ticket for like $400. This is such bs. Thats like 4x the price it should be! Im so mad. I bought an extra $11 Joanne CD for nothing.

There are GA tickets made available during the general onsale but not many and they will be EXTEMELY hard to get! I'd have a few computers and have friends help u!
