For example, when I watch the John Wayne music video from Europe (where I live), does it count as streaming and will it help make it chart higher in the US-charts? Everyone always says "stream Million Reasons so that it stays in the Top10" but can I actually help by watching the music-video? Enlighten me hunties! However your view will still count as a stream no matter where do you live, and Interscope/Gaga will make money from it. The only prisons that exist are ones we put each other in..
