Her best chance to win something is Million Reasons for Best Pop Solo performance, but that's only if it becomes a big hit. Joanne might get a Pop Vocal nom, but Ed Sheeran will definitely beat her. No one actually listens to every line of a song and make analysis as to the delicacy of the vocals before determining what song should win an award. Lemonade didn't produce massive singles but it was nominated for tons of Grammys, because the general impression of that album is that it is Grammyworthy. Leaving Million Reasons's chart performance aside, it was promoted in such a way that it was heavily vocal based and the song (and the album) are garnering more and more attention as each day goes by with promotion slowly happening. What Gaga is doing, is not merely generating sales, but also the impression that her album is award worthy. Songs like Hey Girl, Million Reasons, A-YO, Sinner's Prayer and Come to Mama are clearly made with a deliberate attempt to distinct them from 'generic radio music' and Gaga focused on the vocals on this album more than she ever did for her pop records.
