Despite MR being a "beautiful ballad", ballads flop most of the time. Maybe in like... the 50s? Side To Side is a very recent hit that was big on radio. Hell, they even played Gaga herself singing about how bad she wants to take rides on disco sticks. They might have to censor the more explicit parts, i.e. 'touch myself', but I don't see how it would be a problem. They probs won't play it but not due to the subject matter lol.
