If you watch the whole Virgin Tour on youtube, you can see it all as proof. And every other era too. And Madonna has always been a proud, strong woman without apology. This is the official video for Dress You Up at the time as appeared on MTV constantly and she was on tour. It's true footage from her concerts, at the time. If you're a straight man seeing a more feminine act and let's say you took your girlfriend, you're probably (from what I've seen, unless you're a d*ck) screaming with your girlfriend. Music does something to people. If it's good, people are gonna scream. This is objectively not true man. Literally not true. Like please compare different acts. A guy cheering Taylor Swift can be like a guy saying "heyyy" semi loud raising his plastic beer glass. A guy cheering U2, Bon Jovi, Iron Maiden on the other hand mostly seem to lose themselves in the moment. Like I don't understand how you guys don't see the difference. Objectively pop concerts are like snooze fest in terms of crowd energy compared to rock concerts.
