They have concert that night in Hollywood Palladium ( https://metallica.com/tour/30409 ) and performance will probably be livestreamed from Hollywood Palladium. + She has her seat at Grammy's.. There is literally Sunday, Feb.12th date on their tour schedule, and its location is Staples Centre where Grammys is. https://metallica.com/tour/30346 Edit: Apparently show OP mentioned exists too, but it's at 10pm so it is just like Gaga's C2C show with Tony after Grammys; Metallica and Gaga will physically be at Staples Centre for Grammys.
