There was an Instagram post from a random non-fan guy a couple weeks ago, no? It didn't show anything from the video itself, but he said it was for John Wayne. Yeah, I'm not surprised if it was filmed on the desperate housewives area of the Universal Studios backlot. It seems perfectly plausible and would explain how nothing really leaked.
