You can see on the horse she's hanging on and she's pretending she's enjoying it. She's trying to make the relationship work. The entire video is so fast paced and out of control because she's trying to convey that adrenaline in visual form. It's more or less an artistic concept. It also has a political message about women in general I guess? 3. All over the video there are signs of apocalypse, radiation signs, explosive signs, 7 headed beast...
