I received 3 messages saying "Due to the change of the stage production, please call us back regarding an issue with your seating." I called back but they were close. Still annoyed at the complete lack of response from the VIP team at ticketmaster. Their emails claim response turnaround time is two hours and I still haven't heard back from emails on Monday. They finally answered more than a week later on Monday with the refund or take the seat, and then yesterday, someone else replied to my second email that got ignored the first time (even after I got my answer) and told me they needed my purchase information to answer my question that had been answered 2-3 days before that.
