Thanks so much! The quality is perfect for 720p and the frame rate is :kara:

Is the audio also 5.1 or stereo?

I wanna say stereo, but I'm not 100% sure. See if this helps:

I don't have the equipment to appreciate it, but based on what I'm seeing in Audacity, it appears to be genuine 5.1 audio.

The NFL was the first official version up, and it was 720p. Since then, Pepsi and LadyGagaVEVO have their own versions up (way to split up the views, guys). The Vevo version claims to be 1080p. My initial impression was that it didn't look any sharper, but then YouTube quit on me two minutes in.

The 1080 is SUPER compressed. I watched it and wasn't impressed, your rip is way sharper and clearer than the YT one.

This. Youtube 1080p has a lot more compression than most 1080p television rips.

Someone posted another 1080p version here: http://gagadaily.com/forums/topic/221126-rq-super-bowl-halftime-show-in-1080p/?do=findComment&comment=8827205

I just downloaded the video, and it looks good but unfortunately I can't hear anything, Idk why

I've heard that AC3 support (the audio codec used for most TV audio in the U.S.) was dropped in recent versions of VLC. (?) I dunno why; probably some patent bullshit. You might need to find an older version.

Mmm :duck:

But technically, the file has audio, right? I mean, maybe I can't hear it, but If I try in another computer or with an older version like you said, it should work or..?
