I think the only way to fix this would be to move them to neighbouring countries that do accept muslims (Indonesia, Bangladesh).. it's horrible what's happening there.

 

I'm wondering what the 'reason' is that they do this

Just goes to show that even I, who lives in Middle Eastern country, was lead by the media to believe muslims were violent creatures who terrorize the world and all the rest are poor innocent lambs

I don't think it's that easy because other countries in Southeast Asia have our own problems, too. We cannot just welcome that many people from another country.

And not to mention, their reputation is really bad. I've been told many times, even by the media, that they don't work and only want to reproduce. That's what other people around here think of them and that's why they've been moved back and forth many times.

Real Buddhists only exist in India and Nepal imo. I can't even tell you how pretentious people in my country trying to look all good and shet by doing something to show other people what a good follower they are when everything they do is in Hinduism, not Buddhism. Buddhism doesn't teach you to be shallow, but people literally flip out when they see a Buddha image being put on the ground or used as a decoration.

And Cambodia. In fact in Cambodia the majority (Khmer, which are primarily Buddhist but also with Brahmanic and Animistic roots) have co-existed peacefully with the Cham Muslims (who are refugees from their ancient country Champa, which was located in what is now Central Vietnam, but which was completely destroyed by the Vietnamese during the 1500s) for over 500 years.

That bit is very true. The syrian refugees here (basically like half the country) have nothing to do and keep having children.
