Call me ignorant or whatever, but I believe if an artist wants to express themselves in a certain genre, be it originated for another culture, they should be able to do it. It has been done in so many cultures, so why is one culture all of a sudden so sacred? And sure, I know there are people that are genuinely racist or ignorant in their music tastes; they like Eminem as a hip hop artist only because he's white. And so you're going to blame it on the artists themselves? Makes no ****ing sense.
