Would it be appropriate for Gaga to have pro-LGBT imagery at the SB?

I know people don't want an explicit anti-Trump statement but I was wondering if you guys would be here for something more subtle. Like for example during BTW, she could have the floor turn rainbow color or include a LoveWins sign. It's not explicitly partisan but it'd send a nice message. Especially because Gaga said at the press conference her performance is for those who were thrown out because they weren't accepted for who they are.

I would support and enjoy a message like that. I'm all for a "political message" but taking a direct shot at Trump would be tacky.

Even something like "love is love" is powerful and will get trumpets shook up

I would honestly be surprised if a rainbow was not incorporated into the show, especially during BTW. I think the press conference today sort of cemented the fact that there will be some sort of pro-LGBT message during the performance.

I'd love to see her put emphasis on the BTW bridge tbh (either through vocals, pyro, or effects), it's perfect for promoting a message of universal love and compassion without directly bashing Trump. :flutter:

Like she did at the Grammys?

I wouldn't mind a subtle diss like the floor including Love Trumps Hate on the floor at some point.

Somewhat!

Lights off, spotlight on her, vocals for days while belting the lyrics, and a brief moment of silence after so people can realize "oh ****, she just did that." :classy:

Oh God that would be awful :rip: "Love Trumps Hate" is one of the worst campaign slogans in existence... It's like advertising Pepsi as "Better than Coca-Cola" .... You're just putting all of the attention on your opponent.

Regardless, this is Gaga's moment. I just want her to bang out an amazing performance and enjoy her moment.

I think it's a good idea and I'm pretty sure she will.  I don't think she will do anything directly towards Trump, but she will make a subtle political statement.

Absolutely during BTW as it's what the song is about, so why hide it? The angry straights can get over it and deal with some LGBT imagery. I want a stage full of LGBT fans dancing to it with Gaga.
