The biggest thing that changed about Gaga...

...is actually the fans.

What made Gaga's career so unique is that we, her fans, took part in the promotion. Back in the JD days we called radio stations nonstop to ask why they don't play it. We harassed DJs to play her music. Back when TFM was released we created fanmade videos and promoted the **** out of them. For BTW and ARTPOP we created groups and printed posters and flyers and hang them around the town. And we flooded social media with pictures and videos of it.

And while doing all of that we used our own talents and worked Gaga into them, no matter if it was singing, designing, dancing, painting, or doing drag performances about her and with her songs. Remember the only reason we did that? BECAUSE WE LOVE HER.

That's the reason Gaga was the queen of Social Media back then and was that unstoppable powerhouse. Because we made her and gave endless support. And that doesn't mean we need to love everything she does, but we can still bomb radio stations with calls and we can still use our creativity to expand Gaga's.

Just a thought I just had been blessed with. Have a great day/night you guys. I love you.

I completely agree with you. But, tbh, gaga is truely lost in the today's social age. She doesnt even use social media to her advantage anymore. She could do promos with youtubers and so much more on social media like musicaly etc. Honestly,  she seems to be very calculated now and has lost the carefree attitude but I still love her to bits. She completely changed my life and my confidence. :)

It's been almost a decade, most of us just grew up

But there are still "signs" to the root of our fanbase, the Soccer Mom thing, Little Detectives harassing a radio host just before PI, or the one member on here who stalked Gagas website just to find the release date of PI in the HTML code :diane:

But I think this fanbase has become so salty tbh, just look at the whole Million Reasons situation for example. Just let go :neyde: It was cute and that's it :neyde:

I hope the Super Bowl will light a fire under all of our butts to root for her again in a big way tbh :lana:

We should make some more promo for her where it matters, not on Twitter :lana:

It's better to use 3-4 media platforms and know what you're doing there, than to go on every site created just to hope that **** sticks to the wall. And while it would be great for her to do music.aly, the fans who know how to work it could do way more promo by using her songs. While my social media presence is barely there, I'm still promoting her the best I can in real life.

Yea, some people grew up and started seeing things they don't like that much, so? Should they keep their mouth shut? and maybe people are not that active or enthusiastic because they don't enjoy her work as much as they did before, idk.

Too many people here with moral superiority complex.

We should promote the **** out of the Halftime Show everywhere we can. Google it on Facebook. Youtube the **** out of Instagram. And Snapchat. Twitter to the ground. Every viewer counts. Every follower of yours can be a potential new fan.

I'm still trying to set up a small "viewing party" for the SuperBowl, but since it's on Sunday to Monday in the middle of the night, doesn't seem to really work :/

She needs to do more promo in Europe tbh. Pull a Justin Timberlake and perform on Eurovision for example. And Europe is not just UK only :neyde:

We have Radios in Germany as well :neyde:

I agree but its also Gaga s fault in some way. She literally dissapeared a LOT of months (after the hip injury and before ARTPOP, between ARTPOP and C2C, and most of 2016 after February). She isnt that "pop" anymore so fans are less excited for her and her new stuff.

UK is not Europe anymore thanks god.

That's actually a cool idea. I'm watching it every year. (From Europe too.) And in my town we have Carnival on that sunday so many people will be out drinking till the morning and one restaurant is selling Schnitzel the whole night so I guess that will be some views.

But everyone I've talked to the last 10 days, I talked about Gagas SBHS, and told them to watch it. I'm listening to Gaga nonstop right now too, no matter where.

I mean, she literally broke her hip and was unable to walk and was severely depressed after the huge backlash of ARTPOP, she really needed time for herself. :emma:

But I do agree on the time before Joanne/PI launch. We've heard nothing from her :/ She should have released I Want Your Love as a little buzz single :crossed:

I am doing lowkey promo for her anywhere tbh :air:

I just want to show everyone what my fave is capable of :noparty:

Damn I couldn't disagree more...

You can't consider fans responsible for what happened to Gaga's career. She was on top and got overexposed, it's bound to happen for any huge pop star to go on a low path after peaking. Some stars are able to have a successful come back by reinventing themselves, some not, Gaga is struggling actually. Her reinventions were too radical (particulary from ARTPOP to Joanne, absolute opposites) for the GP and they didn't like it. Fans are not responsible for a pop star's career.

Also her work isn't (for me) as good as before, she has potential to release masterpieces but released the less interesting stuff in her career, musically, visually, and in terms of personnality

Gaga is so selfish, she broke her hip on stage and all she did was getting cured and working on her new music.

No, honestly she was on tour for a whole year and in between that released C2C, and she followed that with a tour and TV performances for C2C. And after that, she started working on the new record, did all these important and amazing Gigs like Oscars, TIHTY, David Bowie, American Horror Story, ect., went through a break up and came out with a new record freshly after, what do you guys expect from her? SHE IS HUMAN, GIVE GOOD GIRL A BREAK.
