That being said, I'm sure we'll get more EDM Gaga music! She knows many of her fans love her because they love that type of music! Even if she doesn't do another full-on EDM album, I feel like her next album will contain more of that than Joanne. Arguable. I'm more interested in her best work like BTW, The Fame Monster not so much fully EDM. You know, like her classic songs. Hope it does too.

What should not happen? Pink cowboy hat, guitar and Million Raisins. I agree with all of this... But we should prepare for MR to be performed, I think it's gonna happen Even tho I'd rather have her sing some another Joanne song.

I understand where you're coming from, and I agree those are two amazing records! It's funny though, I remember in 2011, people hating "new" (BTW-era) Gaga and missing "old Gaga" (referring to TF/TFM). But now people consider BTW some of her "classic" work. It makes me wonder how the ARTPOP and Joanne eras will be largely viewed a few years from now. (Edit: No shade or anything rude being attempted here. I honestly think it's interesting, that's all!) Just to make them straights mad. Imagine Gaga singing this part: Don't be a drag, just be a queen Whether you're broke or evergreen You're black, white, beige, chola descent You're Lebanese, you're orient Whether life's disabilities Left you outcast, bullied, or teased Rejoice and love yourself today 'cause baby you were born this way No matter gay, straight, or bi, Lesbian, transgendered life, I'm on the right track baby, I was born to survive. No matter black, white or beige Chola or orient made, I'm on the right track baby, I was born to be brave. ‘If religion be the cause of disunity, then irreligion is surely to be preferred.’ ‘Abdu’l-Bahá

Personally i prefer The Fame/The Fame Monster to anything of her later discography. I do like Born This Way in some aspects more or less than her earlier work but would say i prefer her earlier work. It also wasn't as much of a jump as Joanne was. With Joanne its completely different styles, vocals, etc. i don't know how it will age in the fan base. So far, i like it less than i did in November. ChvVolk 2,324
She sometimes tries to do too much and have so many ideas going at the same time that it's just messy, so I hope she's focused, keeps it entertaining but simple.

To me, she's gotten better with each era! I think The Fame was the weakest (Though I still LOVE it!) and I think Joanne is the most beautiful! I prefer both BTW and ARTPOP to TF/TFM though. This is the greatest part of being a Gaga fan though! Everybody likes something different! I think it's so fascinating how The Fame, The Fame Monster, Born This Way, ARTPOP, Cheek to Cheek, and Joanne all each have people who love it most. They also have people who love it the least! Fans of other musicians aren't allowed this diversity! Their faves just try to put out the same "hit sound". I think we're the luckiest fan base of all! Some singers just do the same thing over and over. Maybe it does better for charts, but I'd prefer Gaga keep it fresh, as she has done!

Joanne is most likely the most age-proof record she's put out. ARTPOP, on the other hand, sounded dated when it was released. Twitter 14
There are many things that can turn the Halftime Show cringeworthy. I'm just hoping for a flawless iconic performance with great outifts, vocals, singles, choreo, etc.
