They are smart enough to know that there is no strategic value in sending fighters, currently needed in a civil war, to the U.S to buy guns and and carry out an attack on U.S soil. 

 

Right... People from Africa and Russia have no 'interest to come to the USA' but ISIS are, for some reason, planning on sending men they need to fight in Syria and Iraq to the U.S....

You know ISIS generally tries to get U.S citizens out of the country right? To join them in the aforementioned civil wars? 

If they want people to commit terrorist attacks in the U.S they will do so by spreading propaganda, through social media, to U.S citizens already in the country  It's what they have been doing for years and it's the most effective for them to organise terrorist attacks on U.S soil. 

Between 2001 and 2015, more Americans were killed by homegrown right-wing extremists than by Islamist terrorists so maybe Trump should actually be demanding the info of all the supporters that voted for him... You know, for national security and that.

1st - i was talking about young people who wanna join terrorism and have bad thoughts or values inspired from terrorists, yes they are young and dumb enough to share them online. besides ISIS has social media and if u follow them that confirmed it.

2nd- People from Africa and Russia who wants to come to USA are nothing compared to the HUGE amount of muslims who are coming in without sharing too much about them or their beliefs + thinking

This is actually something that is already in place since early 2016. Under the Visa Waiver Program, citizens of certain nationalities can enter the U.S. without visas. One question on the application asks for social media info, however this is optional. Also worth noting, under this same program, effective as of early last year, if you have been to Iran, Iraq, Sudan, or Syria since March of 2011, you are no longer eligible to enter without a visa.
