Universal Music Brazil will send reaction videos of fans watching the SuperBowl performance to Lady Gaga herself. All you have to do is record the video and send it to them!

They are just having fun. This was her first performance in a long time, what's the problem with screaming and cheering? They can watch the performance quietly later.
