I want the parts when Gaga does this awkward thing:

 to be cut out

0:19-0:21, the thing she does before she spins

Basically, I just want that part of the GIF gone.  I tried searching for a software online but I haven't found anything, and to be honest I couldn't even word my search properly.

You need to go to "frames" and delete the frames you don't want
