American Action Network, a group closely aligned with Speaker Paul Ryan, will run the Snapchat filters promoting “A Better Healthcare Plan.com,” as well as digital ads promoting the GOP’s replacement efforts. I truly don't know the logistics of how this works, but at my cousin's wedding, she had a custom snap chat filter which anyone within the immediate vicinity could use.
