Most of the developed world spends money on stuff not in their interestst though its helpig globalization and co-operation as we work together more once USA was a leader in freedom and looking forward. The bill had been introduced a few times in the past by a Republican HoC rep. It also has to gain enough support in the House as well as the Senate in order for it to pass.
