You can't blame third party voters or Bernie supporters for Trump's win The majority of Bernie supporters switched to Hillary and those who didn't were not the ones who swung the election. You're just being inflammatory for no reason. There were probably more casual supporters of Hillary that didn't turn out to vote than disgruntled Bernie supporters. To be fair there isn't clear data that shows Bernie would have beat Trump in the general besides the polls.... but look at how polls turned out being wrong. What's done is done - Hillary was a far better candidate than Trump, but she managed to somehow lose to the most unpopular presidential candidate in history. Hillary failed to energize voters, she was untrusted by voters and she lost. That's on her and the democratic party - not on Bernie supporters. No, I decided to support the most qualified candidate for the job, one that most clearly aligned with my values. Nope, not going to do something that I don't believe makes any sense. Oh, and if I want to make generalized comments and speculations, I will do so. That's on anyone who did not vote for Hillary...which includes third party voters and those who didn't vote.
