Likely taking about the regulations imposed on corporations due to climate change

Meaning they'll soon be free to exploit, poison and destroy every water source, every land, the air we breathe, for profit

Because $money$ is the only thing of any real value in life to any Republican/GOP

Because stupid people fall for it time and time again when GOP uses fake devices in order to lie about like illegal immigration, gun control, POCs and abortion, to win elections based on fear, so that they can then go ahead and service corporate greed

There's nothing harder for people to do than admit they were fooled.

Regulations on what? Basically every existing law regulates sth :saladga:

A "Regulation" is a half-law that doesn't need to go through Congress or the courts, just needs a signature.  Regulations specify all the details Congress can't be bothered with (like exactly what the form to apply for a travel passport looks like, or what words are banned/allowed on a live TV broadcast like the Superbowl halftime show or what is and isn't allowed past TSA security at airports).  The total list of US nationwide regulations are known as the "Code of Federal Regulations" (CFR), and it's huuuuge.

Making all the old regulations not count would be instant chaos.  But stopping Obama decisions from taking effect after Trump was sworn in makes perfect sense, it's probably one of those standard things that a new President does to take over government, just like clearing out the old White House webpage, changing the password on the presidential twitter account, choosing a profile picture to be hung in every Government office etc.
