It also implies that every time your own side of the fence gets violent, you can just blame the other side. But this is not the same thing as provoking violence amongst protesters by manipulating them during the protest. This is literally hiring people to interrupt a ceremony and probably get violent, which is way more serious than just insulting some protesters. If the people in Chicago who assaulted the disabled Trump supporter and are now in prison, were actually hired, we would have instantly heard about that. If what you just described actually happened, that would be a crime. But something like that would never work out in real life. The person who was hired would instantly come out and expose everything the second criminal charges came down on them. That's why this isn't world news!
