Apparently some people in this thread have similar sentiments OT: It's a shame that this is happening when the ACA Did help a substantial amount of people. No it wasn't perfect, but it certainly provided the assistance necessary for proper healthcare. It shouldn't be something that only a few people have access to. Sad. If I killed one person, I'd go to jail for life. These people are gonna kill 27-36k yearly and get away with it.

That discourages a lot of people from even going to the doctor. It needs massive reforms because in practice it doesn't work for millions of people who were fine before

Second, there are many ways to get around to getting them i.e having too many kids. So why work or even improve themselves when they'd get those things with ease anyway? But yes, some of them actually work but the money they earn aren't controlled by the government so they don't get taxed. However, such circumstances to many other states don't exist but I've seen enough here in CA. No, most of these people were working and needed the option for affordable healthcare. What does having "too many kids" have to do with anything? The ACA was for people who worked, not for those on welfare. You are completely confusing two issues here! Who doesn't get taxed? Those under the poverty line? Of course they don't. Your line of reasoning here doesn't have anything to do with those who needed affordable healthcare and benefited from the ACA. Give me a break, all the people who were insured under Obamacare will be insured under Trumpcare. We don't want Obamacare anymore, premiums went up 50-60%. Far from affordable. His plan was a failure and so unaffordable. Ridiculous fees and pricing. Bye bye Obamacare, my wallet won't miss you. Thankfully we will all be ensured under Trumpcare just like Obamacare but prices will be lower. GGD Presidential Elections

I wouldn't know because I'm not one of them, I just happen to be temporarily in the same situation. What the... they don't get taxed? Shocking. How are they gonna live? Oh yeah, through our taxes. Where are you from, really? I would be all for it when I used to live in Arizona but coming to Cali made me see everything, henny. It's ok tho. Can you specify what you are talking about? Those under the poverty line don't pay taxes because they don't make enough. They live off the very little money they make working. They provide for themselves and their families with what little money they have. They are the working poor. I live in one of top ten poorest states, that has a high poverty rate, high unemployment, and one of the lowest median household incomes in the country — and in a city that is in the top five poorest cities in the US. What do you think I don't see, that you "see so clearly" where you live? What's over? Why can't you just say what you mean, without the evasiveness?
