Yeah, I understand. Well, the good news is that the announcement normally leaves sometime before the release so you can work it all out before actually buying your tickets.

also my brother also wants go (he's a monster) and his planing on buying VIP Meet and Greet whatever tickets, i got the money, but i dont know if those sell out fast, and if they do my other option is to get general admission tickets but idk if those sell out fast as well, and im not willing to buy a plane ticket to see gaga far away

GA are the easiest to find after they sell out, M&G are almost impossible I'd say

General Admission floor speaking, yes very fast. So, make a Ticketmaster account or whatever website you use in your country and store all your credit/debit card on your account. This will help you skip the steps of putting in your info. Also, always check for presales. Monsters usually are always the first presale with like American Express or Citi Cards the same day.

If a show sells out it's not game over, there's always lots of re-sale tickets if you don't mind paying an exorbitant amount.
