I feel it would almost be inconsistent to bring back her old looks/attitude for this era. I don't think she'd go as simple as a crop top and jean shorts for a major tour (at least not for the whole time) but I think she'll opt for a more "Joanne" themed outfit that's still, in a sense, "Gaga".
