It's a bit weird to do. But basically you go into the info of the song, change the start and end times so it's just the part you want as a ringtone, save settings, then right click and there's an option to create a 'copy' of the song or whatever, then you've gotta make it the right file type before confirming. ITunes will then make the ringtone, but then you have to go and change the start and end times of the original song back to normal... I think that's how... just Google it lol but yes it's freeeee.
