It seems things haven't been the same since MTN came out, and I am honestly just wondering why?? Is she just an Online artist now - Music Wise anyway?? Egypt. Edonis 28,950 Posted December 26, 2016 Share Posted December 26, 2016 The reception of PI and the last minute single change from A-YO to MR is probably why the radio is turned off by her/having a hard time warming up to her. I mean, whenever PI was first announced the GP and radios were freaking out, calling it her big "comeback", ready to reclaim her "throne" or whatever, and then PI happened. (My opinion, she could've lived up to expectations if DH was the lead and PI was released later in the album cycle but whatever) I also think her label is playing games behind the scenes. From single choices to the lack of promo to the first single to now. It's all very messy. But at least the SuperBowl is coming and I have high hopes for that. The radio still likes her, they are just not interested in her newer stuff. And that's ok. Beyoncé's new stuff doesn't get good radio play, and she's doing fine.
