I see filler but no nose job, we know how much Gagas weight fluctuates and noses are one of the biggest things to change with weight gain and loss. Your nose is surrounded by fat and when you lose weight or gain it your nose is constantly changing it's shape so that could explain why. It's possible she had a non-surgical rhinoplasty though, if she's getting work done on her face they might have given her that as it's the central part of the face and it lasts for 6-12 months so this could explain why her nose is always looking different.

I personally love her filler face and I love the reasoning as to why she's had work done, it's interesting and sounds more of an artistic reason rather than a cosmetic one. Also she looked stunning at the Frank Sinatra performance :diane:

Her filters put at least a couple of more years onto her age.

I'm perplexed as to even why she needs them.

Dr. Simon Ourian (her surgeon, if you will) was recently interviewed about his celebrity clients. He said Gaga was feeling as if she was maturing and growing as an artist and she wanted her physical appearance to comply with this fast growth and maturation.

(I've prob quoted it completely wrong but its something along those lines iirc :air:)

Anyways, I'm kind of mixed when it comes to EpioneGa...

Sometimes it makes her look stunning when she uses the right makeup. See the AMAs, SNL, Late Late Show, British Fashion Awards.

But then it can make her look gaunt and 10 years older. See the National Anthem look, Golden Globes, Oscars, the entirety of AHS

I completely understand that its her choice and what she does with her body and face is none of our business. However, cosmetic procedures like this totally contradict my reasons for stanning gaga since 2008. I was an incredibly insecure teenager and I latched onto gagas message of self love and empowerment. Gradually that message became distorted and polluted as the years went on (post BTW). Now it completely saddens me as a mature adult looking at the woman I once looked up to so much as a kid. She is human and shes not perfect, but she is better than this.

Sad that she didn't feel pretty enough so she had to change so much I personally love her face in 2012 the most looking at her now feels so awkward she's so stiff and frozen I hope she stops right where she is

Plastic surgery won't look good when getting older at least the lips will sag down unless you feel them more and more

I don't think these procedures are necessary but you hit the nail on the head, she's human. She's a young woman (or was when her career started) under the microscope of millions of people and I think people have a tendency to hold celebrities to these god-like standards when really she probably just has her own physical insecurities and worries.

I don't think it should detract from the BTW message either as, to me, that is about being confident and brave to say I'm born this way (metaphorically) and make my own decisions.

Her old face is more iconic than her new one tbh like the cheek fillers make her look really old I hope its temporary

She claimed she stopped doing it but that was an effing LIE :cryga:

Seriously, does she think she looks better like this? I'm usually the last one to judge her for this but her face is starting to look like it's been pumped up past capacity and then someone let a little air out, ya know?

I see this argument all the time and I just have to disagree.

I looked the same at 19, 22, 25, and now 28. The only thing that's changed is my hair and facial hair.. people don't usually experience drastic, noticeable changes to their face until their mid-late 30s and early 40s. I'm also a smoker, drinker, and I have above average sun exposure (all these things are supposed to age someone faster). Gagas face is definatelty a product of cosmetic alterations.

My face has been changed a lot.

I don't know where you are getting your info about faces only changing in 30's-40's.

To anyone who says she had no surgery done

She arrived for the fillers. It's not surgery.

No, the cells in bones die and rejuvenate every 7 years or so, so the human face is "completely new" every 7 years, but not drastically. You start to notice the changes from youthful to aged between 30 and 40 the most, of course this varies depending on genes and how well you take care of your body.  I worked for a plastic surgeon after I graduated school and have always been fascinated with age and youth and that aspect of vanity. Gaga doesn't look, to me, like a typical 30 year old. She looks more "deformed" because of what she's had done. Had she not had all the fillers, she'd still look very much like she did at the beginning of career.

This is over longer than a decade. Her facial features would be expected to change a lot over that time regardless of what surgeries or fillers she has had.

You can probably notice a 40 year old has similar facial structures to other 40 year olds, but how often do you see someone's face change over the course of a decade?

I think your brain and preconceptions about what Gaga "should" look like are clouding your judgement.
