but the garanteed thing to happen is shitty vocals given the amount of heavy dancing and the length of time the performance goes for the superbowl half time

 

And Gaga may have good vocals but she has to do it sitting still. She runs out of breath quickly. Maybe her years of smoking reduced her lung capacity 😳

The NFL normally likes it when artists lip-sync their national anthem and Gaga refused, the NFL can ask her to lip-sync but in the end she's putting on the show; if she doesn't and the vocals are bad then the blame will fall on her. I think the NFL worry because it's such a large show to put on in such a small amount of time and it's aired around the world, if she can lip-sync then it's one thing they don't have to worry about.

Is it mandatory, Is she contractually obligated to lip-sync? If she can choose whether she wants or not then she will definitely sing live.

After the National Anthem I think she can do whatever she wants, I don't think the NFL is going to want it to be pre-recorded...

I wouldn't mind if she lip synced to some of the songs of the set (i.e poker face) and saved the live vocals for the most powerful songs (i.e born this way)
