I'm glad I reserved my judgments in the other thread. You should always attempt to see both sides of thinking to form a better opinion :giggle:

It's a shame however because it makes lighthearted of real issues.

Why is everyone believing them? None of us were there, Delta and supposed passengers might be lying - there's literally no evidence that suggests that he was lying. :smh:

This is not proof. Either way this happens to people every single day, they just don't have platforms and these things get swept under the rug.

As for you people, y'all have shown you Islamaphobic and racist colours over and over again. Not surprised.

And this thread has been opened to pick on users. When the op was already posted in the thread. Just further more shows how pathetic some of you are.

We going to boo

I've been around this forum to see lots of threads like these and the same people tend to frequent them.

Those acting like they "knew" it was fake, "damn the SJWs" etc, etc, are the same ones who go into stories with legitimate concerns regarding racism, sexism, xenophobia, homophobia, etc. and say "Idk, I just don't buy it". Stop acting like because you were right that this was fake it doesn't mean you have a tendency to excuse and overlook bigoted behaviors :smh:

Ya'll are transparent af :rip:

OT:

It's unfortunate that this is fake. It doesn't mean that there weren't islamophobic people on that plane that motivated or influenced the severity of their reactions to Adam's disruptive behavior really, which I think is kind of the point of his (admittedly awful) videos? :emma:

I'm out :madge:

People just love to believe any type of story about racism without any evidence.  Obviously a guy isn't going to get kicked off a flight for speaking another language... should have been pretty obvious there was more to it than that.

Dunno tbh , Delta is known for being racist. Here's a list of ways they displayed racism.

In February 2015, a Muslim woman was harassed by another passenger for wearing a headscarf and ordered to change seats by a Delta flight attendant. Leaked video footage of the incident showed the flight attendant scolding the woman and her husband and threatening to kick them off the plane.

In December 2015, Sikh lawyer and MSNBC commentator Valerie Kaur was allegedly asked by a Delta gate agent to show the contents of her carry-on bag, which included displaying a breast pump, before she was allowed to board her plane. Delta reportedlyapologized to her for the incident.

In August 2016, a Muslim couple claimed they were asked to leave a Delta flight after saying the word “Allah.” Delta promised to issue the couple a refund; the couple filed a complaint against the airline.

In October 2016, a black woman doctor claimed that a Delta flight attendant refused to allow her to help an ailing patient on board a flight because the flight attendant didn’t believe she was really a doctor. Delta claimed that only one doctor aboard had been able to produce documentation that he was really a medical professional, and thus was the only one who was allowed to help the passenger. The woman alleged, however, that the man produced no documentation. Delta later changed its policy to drop this requirement for doctors wanting to help other patients on board.

Meanwhile, Delta was recently criticized for not asking a belligerent white man to deplane — a Donald Trump supporter who in late November 2016 boarded a flight and repeatedly referred to Clinton voters as “bitches.” Delta described this incident as a “disturbance” as well.

I find that a lot of younger, more privileged (in relation to subsequent generations) like to feel more oppressed than they are. Anti-Islamic rhetoric and prejudice is extremely real, as is racism, homophobia, and the likes. Young people most definitely still encounter these terrible parts of society, but I do believe some like to pretend they've been victim to things that never happened...like the young woman who claimed she was a victim of a hate-crime in NYC when there was video proof it never happened. Now this.

Assault, abuse, racism...this isn't something you make up for attention or to feel like you're spurring a movement. It's something real that has disastrous effects on its victims. I hate how this nonsense takes away from the victims. We all believed his word, and now it may not be true? It may be a prank or a lie? Ugh, so gross.

Like the older firefighter who burned his own house down and blamed it on black lives matter?

Take a moment to think of just flexibility, love, and trust~

Equally disgusting, but this is an example of a man trying to frame and discredit another group and their message. My point was relating people from specific minority groups who fake hatecrimes for whatever reason (attention, etc) and in turn hurt these communities and those that actually struggle with hate crimes and prejudice.
