Beyoncé was the last in the group to go solo, she waited for everyone else first. 

Zayn had to leave 1D because of health related anxiety issues. He was being overworked.

Camila left because she wanted to strike while the iron was hot and also had no plans to meet up with the girls to go over her departure and instead got her representatives to do it. 

Not saying Camila should've stayed in the group but there is a clear difference between how and why Bey and Zayn left and how and why Camila left

Beyoncé did nothing for about a year. She let Kelly and Michel go solo fist, and then she released CIL.

Zayn was pretty much kicked out of the group, and he made something out of it anyway.

Camilla is leaving while she can still easily start something, and plus she's the worst vocalist out of the group...the other two were the best vocalists out of their respective groups.

and still if she wants to go solo she can go solo, it's her life I don't understand why she's being attacked
