You have to listen to the Biebster first, but after that they are pointing out some new songs in their playlist (so Million Reasons is one of them) and then they're quoting you and playing MR right after. The Amazon discount was so negligible (considering you had to buy $40 of other products to get it) Billboard didn't mention it, and the only other discount in the US was for Black Friday. You Know that BF and other discounts are assumed for retailers AND then charge a portion of it on the next order to the distributor/label?, in some cases is the retailer who assume the entire discount (like the Amazon's one).
