A lot of casual listeners will keep the radios going regardless of who gets played the most. Even if it was such an obvious request drive, would it kill them to play the song at least twice a day? They don't have to play it for every tweet. What's the point of requesting if they're ignoring it anyway? I'm so pissed at Virgin Radio TO (affiliated with iHeart--who praised her a lot during the interview but never played her right after) for this with PI. Organize your asses sistrens: 1) Anyone talented enough or knowing the right persons to hack a few radio station playlists? There must be a way to infiltrate their programs. 2) Also, start petitions against old ass songs they keep playing 20 times a day that nobody wants to hear anymore. Make complaint e-mails/calls. 3) Find out radio stations addresses and demonstrate peacefully in front of their building, singing the song and leaving (non-violent) messages at their door. 4) Keep pushing on social media. Request, request, request. Phone them too. 5) Focus on Shazam and Spotify. Involve your friends/families as well, even if they think you're a nutjob.
