Nope, you have to press on the video and watch at least 30 seconds, to be counted as view. 50,000 people shared the video, it's getting viral that's all. Nope, that's YouTube. Facebook has received backlash for their view counts because they include autoplayed videos and 3 seconds count as a view. It's great but it doesn't mean that 4 million people actually watched it. In fact, it's good to know that such a huge jump on iTunes was due to much lesser people watching it, showing the potential of the song.
