Might help with the racial divide and call for reparations, on the flip side the taxes on those who work would be pretty high I think. Also, the need for immigration enforcement would be much greater since the ease for people to get fake id's right now is would skew the number of people who qualify. like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still. Saudi Arabia does it already, but they have had excess revenue for a long time. If you take away social security and welfare , the government burden would lessen and it would even the disparity between to bottom income and middle classes. Also a lot jobs would be created to handle the increase in commerce over all since a giant part of the population would have more buying power. But some price controls on basic things need to be in place to prevent the inevitable inflationary effect of so much available cash like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still.
