I really think in that case it's a simple chain of notes. Music of all genres has familiar melodies, and "it was a puh-fect illusion" and "keepin' my baby" each have a very simple melody. It's also like a whole two seconds lol. Anywhere hardcore Madonna stans (i.e. the ones who hate Gaga) can try to find similarities, they apparently will
