The eligibility period for the upcoming Grammys is October 2015 - September 2016, but this song is nominated and I don't get it. Does anybody know why? They did this because of the best new artist category. Many new artists were missing out on the best new artist nomination because they didn't get a lot of attention until their second album or single. Maybe it has to do with another new rule kinda like this?
