Why do people hate Beyonce and Lemonade?

This is not to say that Beyonce hasn't done some truly amazing awards-worthy work, or isn't a star in her own right. It's just an explanation of the blatantly excessive amounts of hype and praise she gets.

Wow. Your entire OP is about how the only possible reason someone could not like Beyonces's album is because they're jealous, and a hater. How about we just don't like it? How about it doesn't sound good to us, and it's not appealing to us? What sounds good to you doesn't sound good to everyone. I listened to the whole album and it doesn't do it for me, and that's a facT.

Listen, I was a huge Destiny's Child fan in the late 90s/early 2000s, and I was a Beyoncé fan when she went solo. I even saw the I Am tour. So I can definitely appreciate her talent. But in the past couple years, she's become this untouchable goddess that everyone must worship. and it's extremely annoying. Plus I get this fake vibe from her, even when she stands up for feminism and Black Lives Matter, it seems fake. And she's too polished, it's like she has to be flawless at all times, she doesn't even seem human anymore. She's just really hard to relate to. 

As for Lemonade, the way she used Jay-Z's infidelity seems more like a way to get people's sympathy. Her music just doesn't speak to me anymore.

   Because she's a phony and I'm not going to eat that **** up just because everyone and their mother is. Her music is average, her songwriting is non-exsistant - yet she acts like she wrote these lyrics from her heart - she just picks and chooses lyrics already written for her. She wears social issues like they're clothes.

   Remember when she was this huge feminist and how empowering her anthem to women was? It was shallow and only about appearances and herself - but hey she put a speech on feminism over the instrumental so it must be empowering.

  Or how about Black Lives Matter? Yeah Bey - you go! "When he **** me good I take his ass to red lobster" Yeah you really show your support for the black community with those lyrics.

   She is an excellent performer and marketer - but there is nothing authentic about her. She is in it only for herself and her personal gain. The heart isn't there and it comes through in the music. It all just sounds hollow and like it's missing something.

My entire OP is about how people only insult her work without arguments. I never said or think that the only possible reason to not like it is that. Sorry if it came off that way. I'm just trying to discuss the music.

Lemonade is not important and not relevant to the pop culture.. as you can see, it had no impact, where are the visual albums?? I don't see them.. (and flops ones of some long lost rappers don't counts)

First, the songs are trash, her vocals are bad, the lyrics are idiotic and I can't believe that a group of 5+ people actually sat and wrote them.

The only nice thing is the visual.. replace the songs with any other songs and the visual would be good anyway.. but it doesn't mean that the music is good..

Lemonade.. I can't even finish 1 song in this album.. it's just bad.. and the GP barely heard a song from it except for Formation at the SB..

What does this have to do with blm? She's showed countless times her support for the black lives matter movement. Lets not go there.

This does not annoy me because I rarely hear this. I'm also talking about the GP overrating Bey which for Gags they're very meh towards too.  I only hear people calling Gaga queen mostly on this site.

People act like Bey is 99% perfect and the over-ration starts coming in.

Did you asked yourself why they didn't hear the rest?

One song, a song without quality, was enough for the GP to understand that the album has no quality.

The GP are the ones who can bring up or down an album and with Lemonade case, they decided to bring it down, because it's a bad album.

The visual is just a cover for a bad music and this is why she did this album that way and it's actually representing all her career.. a lot of covers for a mediocre music.

Now, the "hate" that you see is not a hate but more of "coming back to earth" after the hype.. the people here loves pop.. they were excited about Lemonade and after a while they realized that it's not a good album..

And one important thing:

The fraud, the visual is a fraud, she made you pay for the visual but now she's releasing some parts for free on youtube.. it's not correct and I just wish that at least one person will ask for a refund from iTunes, to raise this problem to them.. she just can't do it.. it's to steal money.
