Do your parents like Gaga?

They hate everything about her. My dad makes fun of me for liking her. My mom was surprised that she looked "pretty" on AMAs red carpet. I was listening to Million Reasons in my room and she asked what kind of lame song I was listening to. I was about to go to her room and punch her. On top of that I heard Love On The Brain on radio when I was with her and hosts were commenting how Rihanna has voice that gives you a hug

Nowdays i have no idea. I haven't heard they talk about her since 2010-2011. My mom used to like her songs but hate her outfits, how she acted etc. I dont think my dad have never liked or hated her but i think he knows she is talented. I know back in 2009 he used to search for poker face peformances and he said something like you need to watch her live to understand how good she is.

My mom loves gaga! We went to TMB twice and the BTWB once together. She couldn't go for the Artraves and ended up selling her tickets to my friends. 

I was a fan of Gaga in 2009, but not as much as I am now, but my mom was truly living for Bad Romance and Alejandro (she will never get over the fact that my name and last name is the french version of alejandro roberto) so she was like "we have to go see her she must put on an amazing show" and we did and I became a crazyyyyyy fan since my first gaga concert.

one time i was driving in my town and saw my mom waiting at a red light, dancing in her car and singing like crazy to Americano, clapping her hands  and blasting the song on her speakers, the cutest thing ever

They don't really care, my sister teases me because I overplayed Venus when it came out and everytime I play Gaga she starts "Venus, Venus, Venus" in a nasal tone

My Grandpa is a lowkey stan too. He knew about the Dive Bar the day the news got out and many other things. I guess the news channel he watches every morning does a good job updating him

Both my parents find her an interesting artist, my mother even offered to go with me to her next tour if i can't find anyone else.

My mother loves Bad Romance and I once found out her bopping to it under the shower, whereas my father likes Yoü and I very much. He has also praised her look during the CTC era, saying that "before she was ugly, now she's a very beautiful woman" 

My sister always teases her though  However, some days ago I borrowed her car, I put Joanne on the radio and then i've left the CD there after giving back the car to her. Some days later, I noticed that she hadn't changed the CD on the player and she had listened to it while driving  And she was also obsessed with Alejandro back in summer 2010 when it was a smash here.

Not really. My mom knows I really like her but all she says is that Gaga is crazy and that she isn't attractive.

My dad used to talk about a lot of **** about Gaga back in like 2011 when she was everywhere. He called her mentally unstable and crazy. He really hated her lol and even though I wasn't a fan back then, me and my sister defended her all the time.

I'm sure he likes some of her songs like Just Dance ad Poker face though..that is, if he remembers them.

But she DOES have some Gaga stan instincts though.  

For instance.. her favorite song from Joanne is... Dancing in Circles.  (It's not even mine)

I gave her the album and put it in her jogging playlist,  then she said -

"I really loved that song where she keeps saying baby ....the lyrics were beautiful"

we actually had a discussion about her earlier because the radio were playing TEOG, she asked how PI did chart wise and I said it peaked #15 and she burst out laughing. I said it did better than Katy perry's rise, Britneys make me and I listed others and she hadn't even heard of the rest. Then she brought up beyonces success and I said "her last number 1 was telephone and that's not even her song, these people don't get number ones anymore this generation likes basic repetitive and uninteresting songs we hear in the radio". She then brought up how her new album "isnt her best" and how she's gotten worse and how she should go back to her old music and I just listed examples of where that's gone wrong for people, like macklemore downtown, Bruno mars 24k magic etc.

anyways, OT she doesn't not like her, but she will desperately try to bring me down and I always win

My mom loved her BTW performance at the grammys and ever since we both became best friends through gaga. Like I'm 19 and she's 51 and we would sing Judas at the top of our lungs. My dad however hate fags so that's that.
