3 Music Videos since 2011, how do you feel about this?

I have to agree. She had a huge team before that comes up with all these ideas but not anymore.

The GUY video must have been a humbling experience for Gaga because she thought she could've done everything herself. It truly takes more than one person to come up with something truly brilliant. 

At least there's Ruth (who worked on BTW and TFM tour clips) and Brandon who are both really great but they have their own careers. With Gaga i think she'll only work with people that she trusts and it's hard for new people to come into the fore.

The PI video is in the right direction though.

It was the music videos and the music videos alone that made me evolve from a causal fan to a hardcore stan, and recently that element's been completely missing. I liked the Perfect Illusion music video, but it didn't reach the level of depth and uniqueness her previous videos had. Plus it was released way too late for it to have any real impact on the song's performance. Million Reasons has a lot of potential for a really beautiful, moving music video, but at the moment it seems like it will be nothing more than a spruced up version of her AMA performance. Plus its been nearly 1 month since MR was announced as the next single, and it seems to be tanking worse than PI.

It's interesting that the artist who practically reinvented the modern music video has only released 3 in 5 years. If we don't get at least 4 this era I'm afraid I may lose faith in Gaga

I know... Ive been saying I was going to wait till LG5 to determine how much of her creative visual was gaga vs team. It seams that after the departure of Lorrain Gibson things fell apart. So I think ive come to the conclusion that she was a huge part of LG and the actuall creative force

This makes me sad because ARTPOP is my favorite album of all time. It was legendary but because her management left it turned into a **** show

It saddens me deeply. I LOVE her videography. I honestly watch her videos on a regular basis. I hope we get more than 2 videos this era... Honestly, the PF video was disappointing. I liked how it was simple and just her performing in the desert with a crowd, but it should've been a LOT bigger. It definitely wasn't GAGA nor was it aesthetically pleasing when you compare it to her last video before that (the masterpiece that is G.U.Y.). 

The era may be sort of disappointing altogether so far, but at least the music has quality and is beautiful. I still have hope for the era but I guess we'll see what happens. Gaga's artistry isn't like how it used to be, we all know that by now.

I disagree, it was after Matthew Williams left that she lost some of her creative spark. Laurieann was an amazing choreographer, but crappy creative director/music video director.

It honestly such a mess. Other singers are giving there fans so much where as gaga seems to not care at all anymore for anything. And the thing that gets me the most frustrated is when she keeps saying "I know what my fans want, they deserve so much." Like someone else already said, the world was ready for her comeback and Joanne was her last chance. After this she'll probably take a break from music to start a family and stuff and i can't imagine her doing anything popular or interesting when she decides to get back. 

I also think ARTPOP's failure had such a negative impact on her that now she isn't promoting or performing her new music for fear it will flop. Even tho with that approach it'll flop anyway, at least she'll be able to use the excuse that she didn't even try.

Lorian left right before MTN..... Your going to tell me that was not the point when Gagas videos started going south? Her Title was creative director not just choreographer

i don't get the problem. We're just discussing that and A-list performer has less videos than a Z-list one. I mean, are we supposed to applaud everything she does, praise her blindly? 

Gagadaily, Little Monsters, her fans, we're all here because 2008-2014Ga. It's just the way it is. Back in time, she promised us we would never see her in shirts and jeans. And here we are.

Do i have a problem with jeans and shirts? No. The problem is that she promised something she was unable to fulfil. But those are details. In 2009, she told the world constantly that she was in charge of all her music videos, performances, outfits, etc etc etc. That was clearly a lie.

Do i have a problem with PI's music video? With Joanne's hat? NO! The problem is she lied. I never thought i'd say this, but i'm afraid she built her career at the expense of a great amount of lies.
