I really love the album and especially You and I, but including this song would mean that she will add it AGAIN on the Piano Section, which she did for two tours already. Although, maybe could it fit in the interlude between the Guitar and Piano sections... Mmhm...

The outro of Come To Mama is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for me to end the show. Imagine all the dancers and musicians together with Gaga on stage and a lot of confetti

I Like It Rough is not really a realistic choice, it won't happen for sure. BUT I love that song so much (it's definitely in my Gaga Top 5), it deserves AT LEAST ONE LIVE PERFORMANCE! Just ONEEEEE!

I didn't include you and I because I have a feeling she won't perform it anymore since her and taylor broke up. I also didn't include telephone because I feel she is over this song and she has a bad connection to it. Judas and Alejandro are too dark for this setlist also. Lastly, I feel like Paparazzi and Lovegame just are not gonna be in her setlists anymore.

Just Dance will never be a medley and nobody will want a Poker Face Melody. That's a huge disaster imo; BTW acapella isn't necessarily 'bad,' but it would be much better as a full pop-dance number. 

EDIT: and Paparazzi as an interlude? I think the f*ck  not. It needs to be a full number.
