I reckon one of the main reasons why some people here say they don't like it is because it was a commercial flop. I bet you if the song went viral and it was as big as like Sorry, or Hello, or any other huge song, they'd be all over it. And, if it wasn't the lead single and just another song from the album, I bet you it'd also be a fan favorite.
