For those of you who know solfeggi, the first two lines are "mi, re, do, mi, re, do." I know Gaga is a better songwriter than that and it's so underwhelming for the opening of what's supposed to be an emotional song. Also in the chorus of Angel Down, she sings "oh, oh, oh" before "I'd rather save an angel down" in both halves of the chorus. It sounds SO unfinished and she could have easily made some lyric fit there. When she starts changing up the oh's it gets slightly better but not much. I also cringe every time she says "I've overheard your theory "nostalgia's for geeks" I guess sir, if you say so, some of us just like to read." In general, I don't like when she gets random, strange accents like in Poh-fukt E-loo-shun, Applause and Come to Mama. It's so distracting Cold as ice cream, but still as sweet. Million is not a word that sounds good if it's said a million times. Hey Girl being just basic in general. It feels like Florence and Gaga were tossed some lyrics from a napkin and sang without any actual input on how to make a song or have it go anywhere. the pre chorus on Venus (take me to your planet, take me to your leader) completely ruins the flow of the song for no reason. It's better served as an intro just dance "in your pocko" is just such bad attempt at rhyming... wish she went for Bucko or something.
