Besides, Gaga tried to listen to her fans, it was called ARTPOP and see how the same fans who suggested more colours on the cover, not so dark lyrics and EDM music are the one who trash it down first. I believe she learned lot from that to keep her visions to herself, it is her album in the end. I know Calle 13 is mostly thuggish and oftenly basic (yet some beautiful tracks too..) their new projects are amazing. Listen to Ileana Cabras debut album.. Gaga can work with that. The melody of the song is great, but the song is really weak. Please, i think it would be so obvious and wrong if Gaga would have Shakira feature in DIC for a single. So uninspired, since it's Gaga she would suffer great backlash from it, and it's not guaranteed it would slay. Ofc there are great artists from the latin music industry that could make this interesting. Let's hope for things that are natural and come from people meeting and having a connection with eachother. I don't want Gaga's team to send a bloody email to the other mangement team. Think, that's giving the industry what they want. I'm sure she knows many musicians she can work with, if she wants. I agree it wouldn't be a bad, if done with taste. Someone who usually works on that kind of sound could improve the song significantly, if for worst forget it.
