Probably unhappy with her job. Maybe by firing her they will do her a service. She wanted an emotional response from them. The tweet doesn't say this but she actually asks them "DO YOU WANT TO BE a Broke ass n***** who will get shot?" as a way of saying "shut up and listen otherwise your futures are bleak." OBVIOUSLY not condoning what she said, she's clearly a sh*t teacher from the way she allowed things to escalate to that point and for so easily breaking into a rant like that but yeah.
