I am not defending her, I am questioning why we fire people for a slip of the tongue. Especially while knowing that if this were a different scenario the outcome would have been much different. 

What if the teacher were black, and had a HRC sticker on her desk and students walked in with Trump hats on... and she called them racist bigots should she be fired for that?

I don't really give a damn if ya'll think I'm a racist (I know I am not). Some of you can't even define racism. You just regurgitate bullshit that you've practiced over and over again and snap your little fingers at each other so you don't 'trigger' an anxiety attack. In that scenario, yes. Aside that wearing campaign merchandise and having campaingn stickers anywhere is tacky af. 

However, calling someone racist isn't the same as calling them a SLUR though.

If you think I'm a SJW warrior, you're surely mistaken. I have been critical of the BLM movement, critical of third wave feminism, critical of certain aspects of Islam, and critical of the new binary gender movement.
