Now, any album track is eligible for Hot 100 with digital downloads and streaming (so songs like "Dope" and "Hair" are counting towards Gaga's tally, when in reality, they never would have been eligible for artists like Madonna, Janet, etc... during their glory days). Hair only peaked at #12 but they were both promotional sales so technically they were treated like traditional singles.
