 in los angeles, she told a radiostadtion in australia a few weeks before that its going to be filmed by a legend but wouldnt tell who.

in the vanity fair article with the nick knight fotoshoot and the grey wig, the journalist was on set and told a few things

what bugs me is Seeka's audacity when he asures that Alejandro's vid belonged to ditd/monster, that btw was originally for mtn, and you and I and mtn were teog's unborn children, fetuses, evil twin sisters, etc. lol 

I'm pretty sure he says this to justify the lack of a diet/monster video

as if a choreo was improvised and Gaga and directors suddenly change their minds the day of the shoot and single release plannings weren't a thing... like, just no. Even the most basic artist is sure what song (s)he's going to make a video to. 

Imagine Katy Perry being like "you know... I'm not sure... I suddenly realized I don't wanna make The One That Got Away my lead single... let's use this props for California Gurls instead!"

Let alone Gaga whose a person that makes every single come alive with CLOTHING and gives them a personality. Sure she mixed things here and there for btw (the Versace-hooker-warrior look) and ARTPOP (seashell bikini Greek references) but not to the extreme of making changes that drastic

Okay so... let's address this one bit at a time. And also calmly.

There are many receipts, most of which I'm too lazy/would have trouble finding that marry the Night was the original first single for Born This Way. However, that does not mean that things could not have changed. The concept for the original Marry the Night video was reused for some of the Born This Way video.

I should've been clearer that the concept was retooled and not the entire video. I apologize.

However, many from the Born This Way era will tell you Marry the Night was the original first single instead of Born This Way.

The concepts for both You and I and Marry the Night were born out of Edge of Glory's original concept. And may I remind you Edge of Glory was never meant to be a single in the first place. Edge of Glory was a promo single at first upgraded to regular single after it had done so well. Gaga was flying by the seat of her pants. There was no planning.

Plus we also do not know if Yuyi was going to be Yuyi's name in the original concept. Gaga's could've changed it just to match You and I.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to find anywhere where all the information was contained.

Didn't the same happen with Scheibe? It was meant to be a single with Gaga using teal hair and German nazi looks that she instead used even if Scheibe wasn't released as a single.

1 you're right, I know mtn was the lead, originally 

2 she revealed Yüyi's name during teog era on her tumblr/posts/interviews 

3 yeah now it does make sense, the hospital theme does look way too similar

omg I forgot about the snippets 
I remember being so stupid that at first when I watched the video I thought it wasn't official I thought it was like an alternative one or a thing for a sponsor lol 
I think I created that idea to justify it's lengthiness and lack of color but now I love it 

one thing that I always hated and still do is the inclusion of the rich guy who paid big money just to be in the video like they could have included him in a much smarter way instead of shamelessly promote him lol

Yes, Yuyi was meant to feature in the TEOG vid, but when that was scrapped and she rushed the second concept, she decided to feature Yuyi in the You and I video. However, she thought of a whole new concept for yuyi in the You and I video, not just a simple copy and paste of clips.

I don't believe what you say about MTN and BTW is true, nor about the concept of original TEOG being used in the MTN video.
